Method of Return

  • *Please take off the kimono and return it by 5pm the next day.
    *Please prepare identification card or passport and deposit in cash(10,000Yen per person). (Deposit will be returned when you return kimono.)

  • *Please note it may NOT be available depending on the hotel where you are staying.
    We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

  • *You should arrive by 1pm on the day. Reservations after 1pm will not be acceptable for this option.
    *You can apply on the same day If it is still within reception hours.
    From August 1 onward, the price will be ¥1,000 +.

Terms of service

  • Please read the following terms and conditions, check the items you agree to, and proceed to the reservation page.
  • In case of cancellation, please contact the shop you booked by 1pm the day before. A cancellation fee of 100% of the expenses will be charged after that.
    Cancellation or change via our website is only possible by 13:00 of the previous day.
    Cancellation by a call or mail is also acceptable only by 13:00 of the previous day.
    100% of cancellation fee will be charged after this time.
  • Please be sure to make only one reservation per group.
    If you make duplicate reservations at our different shops or different time, it won't allow other customers to book.
    Also 100% of cancellation fee will be charged for the duplicate reservation.
    In case you divide your group to another time slot, please leave a note about that in the comment box.
  • We are currently removing waiting space to prevent spread of covid-19. Please wait outside the shop if you are only accompanying a person wearing kimono.
  • Customers returning on the same day, please return to the reservation store by 6:00pm.
  • You will receive a confirmation mail from us after the reservation made. Plese make sure to read it through and check.
